Аннотация

The analysis of trends in the implementation of the three-pronged concept of sustainable development is presented, the presence of many problems with practical implementation of this concept at various levels of public entities is shown. The defining role of industrial sectors of economy in the responsibility for the implementation of the sustainable development concept has been established. From their composition have been distinguished construction companies operating in the field of low-rise house construction, defined as a catalyst and one of the most important mechanisms of sustainable development. The key conditions for ensuring sustainable development at various levels of public entities and, in particular, at the level of a country and an individual company have been determined. The target model and the mechanism of the company's operation in modem conditions, consisting in the implementation of the sustainable development concept in a competitive environment, are proposed. The types and forms of inter-organizational integration of participants in the process of ensuring sustainable development of a company, based on the principles of integrity, are considered. Financial and integration methods and tools for solving objectives of infrastructure engineering, creating new energy-saving materials, increasing demand for energy-efficient house construction are presented. A method for assessin^the possibility of returning budget funds invested in launching the mechanism for sustainable development of companies is defined on the basis of the definition of a multi-level and a multi-layer tax multiplicative effect. The systems of assessment and motivation of the company's management operations for the implementation of the process of its sustainable development are considered.
The monograph was written on the basis of research work carried out at the Department of Industrial Logistics of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman.
It is aimed at academic researchers, management of industrial companies, state and municipal authorities, financial and other organizations working in the field of creating conditions for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy,as well as teachers, post-graduate students and students of higher technical and economic educational institutions, interested in sustainable development subject area.
