The paper deals with biosensors. The research focuses on the influence of geometric parameters of gold truncated nanoconuses on the sensitivity of plasmon resonance systems based on them. The authors investigate the dependence of the wavelength of localized surface plasmon resonance on the change in the refractive index of the medium on the height of the nanoconus and the angle of inclination of the side face. Besides, they identify the parameters corresponding to the highest sensitivity of biosensors have been identified. A method is proposed to increase biosensors sensitivity and minimize the negative effect of the substrate.
